Our logs show no issues and our bandwidth chart looks perfectly normal, if you still experience problems please PM me a traceroute to the FTP server

You should upgrade your servers. Your upload speed is very slow about 250 kb/s by zoom and Web upload. It may reach 2 mb/s by ftp upload. All uploaders face the same problem and all write their comments here. But the problem still the same.

This is not a general problem by all uploaders. This seems to be a problem only for a few people, and its not consistent.
I can see on our bandwidth graphs that some uploads are done with speeds between 150-250 Mbit /sec.
I asked for trace routes but they have not been provided, if you can't provide what I ask for then I can't help you.
I wouldn't even know what server you are connecting to
