Honestly, I've given up. Somehow no-one of my users uses PF even though speeds are arguably good enough for free users.

Also, I've told there are instances where non-US/EU people employing US/EU VPN do not get access to download links.

Was good whilst it lasted, but in total standstill for weeks now. Sad.

We have no reports like this. You will face problems downloading if your IP change for each request.
All VPN providers I know of assign IP's per session and not per request as that is how the DHCP works, even if you use NAT.

You may experience issues if you are surfing using a TorBrowser / Client or if you use AOL dialup internet if that still exists since they used round robin load balanced proxy servers.

Upgraded to premium.
Can you try and upload 1 of the files through the web that didn't appear in your account after it was uplodaded through FTP so I can investigate if it was rejected for some reason ?
This way I can prevent this from happening again. I see all your files was processed.

Update wasn't applied yet. We discovered a minor issue with the flash upload that needed to get solved prior to applying the upgrade, its 9:15 AM here so we still have plenty of time to perform the update today

Added after 4 Hours 55 minutes:

We applied a major upgrade, all parts of our system is operational and working !

I really dont like new update, search tool get error, If i chose some link, i have to pull down to click "Export selected"

And I hope you can add file name at the download link. without it, that's really hard to manage link

We will get the search tool fixed ASAP.

I'll check about the export links, I assume you'd like to have it above the fold ?

We may add the file names back again, there is pros and cons about it that we need to consider.

Our design updates increased sales with more than 30% so we are keeping it, from a user perspective it seems like it was welcomed.
We always welcome suggestions if there is certain things you'd like to see.
 
As long as it is impossible to download your Files with JDownloader, you'll never sell a lot Premiums in Europe.

No Premiumuser wants to Download "manually" via Browser.

What error are you getting? I'm seeing a lot of files uploaded through FTP so it does look like it's working.

Sales are doing very well as far as I see, I'll check out JDownloader, I don't see why it shouldn't work. We do not block download managers.

Already done, check the right side of the create folder button
 
If you try to download a file with JD2, the DL starts after Countdown with 80-100 kb/s but after few seconds the connection is broken and then again few seconds later it starts again from the beginning then connection braks again and so on and so on.

Sometimes it appears after the countdown direct that you have to wait 18 Minutes or so.

So if Freeusers see this they won't buy Premium because they think its the same with Premiumaccount.

Maybe its a bug by JDownloader.

Hi, The FTP upload has not been working since 3 days for me, and also web upload did not work. I use FTP cute, it completed but no file in my account.

Update: Just try to use FTP felliza, same problem :(
