Hey, all!

If you think stats are frozen or there's a lag in updating, I need you to PM me:

1) Your account ID
2) Time you think the issue began (or when you noticed it)
3) What your stats were at

Otherwise, I'll take a look at your stats, and if they're in line with what you've been earnings historically and our system shows they're updating correctly, I'll tell you that your stats are fine!

The more information, the better :)

If you requested your promo earlier, and the new request links showed up as "REQUEST" but were not clickable, check your account now - they should now show as REQUESTED!

I requested the promo money, and it got showed in the unpaid amount!

I got the last payment in my PayPal, but its still showing "Processing"
Kinda freeze, check it please.

also, when my unpaid amount was more than the last payment i got, ie, of 30.8$ USD, why i only got 30.8$ USD paid in my PayPal and not the whole unpaid amount???

kindly see to the above issues.!

You received what you earned by Sunday.

We pay every Wednesday for earnings acquired by the previous Sunday - minimum payout is $10!

Any promo earnings were requested after the payments were processed, so you will receive them on your next payout.

As for PayPal payments still showing "PROCESSING" in your Wupload "My Earnings" tab, this is a bug which we are fixing right now.

i've heared that Wupload pay per download is quite good i am using it since 1 month and got $1.78 so far em on Half PPD and half PPS plan so why my earning so low ? and does the big earnings per download goes with the the Half and Half programme or is it only with PPD programme only for the highest PPD earning ?
