Hi EsotorisK,

Any problem about the server? The upload speed is really slow this past 2 days. Is it me or anybody else is having problem.

It will be better if you check your ticket
I dont think there is any ticket like that and we dont leave any ticket unanswered more than 6 hours usually its answered within an hour
Please recheck your ticket
 
Hello again shubhank, uploading to hf and mu. the speed im getting is around 100-300 KBps and sometimes dropped to 90kbps. other file host are also affected but not as bad as hf/mu though.
 
Ya there seems to be some problem with Hotfile servers
They must be heavyloaded at the moment and might be busy

As you can see speed was at top a few hours ago but its down at the moment
Wait for a few hours and HF will get back as it was before.

um.. would the download and upload from megaupload be decent? as in at least 1 - 10mb/s o.o

Its a offshore germany US Server so Megaupload download speed is like 1-2MBps max

Copper plan is outta stock

MTN is a 3rd party script so you can add it
I dont have any info on preinstalled MTN with RL in any plan so better wanna ask Eso about it
 
Did you just oversold it? If not, what is happening now?

It was working really well until today. Today, I noticed that CPU Load is at 100% all the time. I tried uploading to hotfile, but it failed all the time.
 
Hey Shub, would you be able to help me around the cPanel for this one? It's not the same as other ones i've tried recently and having trouble finding where to add premium accounts etc.

You guys set the rapidleech up for me on the server as i only have a very basic grasp of editing, most of what i'm used to is just ... well using rapidleech and editing premium user/passes in lol.

Or Esotorisk - Sorry fella, didn't notice you were online too.

Kabaal make a support ticket and we will do it for ya and even explain you how to do all it in kloxo easily (y)
There was a same support ticket like for what you want and we helped him and even taught him how to edit this premium acc details esily in kloxo or using FTP
