@All: Everything has been fully resolved. As soon as they were able to confirm my details i was issued new service within minutes..No one can help hardware failure and the problems that can cause.

Thanks to Eso for his help and an even bigger thanks to Shubhank008 for getting me up and running again.

Check the support ticket
The information was mailed to you before even when you made ticket (2 minutes before that XD )
Also that 2 GB Extra offer has already been implanted to all plans. Its no longer any extra deal
