So your saying I can't use CPU 100% all the time? Then please restrict the CPU per each account otherwise I will keep hosting my scripts through the Cpanel you provided. Is your server I am not "RAPING" anything. I am just using what I was given. If your CPU is a Celeron well hey what can I do?

Restrict it per each user and not have it all out in the open for everyone.

Buddy calm down, its just that we are not complaining you.
Thing is you can use the server as much as you want.
Rapidleech script uses a lot of resource and your on a shared server and not a VPS or a dedi so other clients are also using the same server. Now if you see the CPU load to be 100% all the time then you might complain us.

Well the guy tried to make you understand is that your using the server with heavy tasking and now if we limit your CPU usage then your work will be delayed and you might not be satisfied.

Its just like we help and provide a good service in return we also need some co operation.
