Someone is abusing the server with download/upload.

Been getting the same message for hours. "cannot connect to port 80"

Now i have managed to connect to server but it is taking forever to download anything.

I would like to switch to a windows VPS service.

Please can someone contact me to discuss what plans are available and how i can purchase one from you.
