I've got the details, i just uploaded WP in the public_html, i created a database adn edited the config file.
Bu when i go to http://xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx/wp-admin/install.php i get this:

You have to go to http://xx.xx.xx.xx/~cpanel username/wp-admin
Type ur cpanel username after ~
