So shit bullshit service no customer support and even USA servers are all gone and so many time offline all servers and i know how much time wasted i have so if any buddy have luck to cry everyday lolz take it and cry everyday or go some where to get any good service dont waste time here...
We do have a Good Customer service, but we aren't interested in offering you managed service , when you have no intentions of paying.
US servers will be available soon. If your utorrent crashes, and you do not know how to start it,you should learn it . We have installed utorrent, vnc, ftp etc and configured for you , for No charge.And i wonder how you still complain about support. More ever its not about one time setup, its about day to day complains.
We are not running a seedbox company, its a VPS Service.
Either pay for getting the work done, or dont use our vps service.
I am sorry we cannot offer you Free Managed Support .
Its not really worth.

i upgraded to a dedi tho, but if i decide to go back down to a vps again, these guys will be first to get my money
or maybe if they can hook me up with a cheap dedi for 56 to 60 dollars i would leave my current dedi hosters

What are you interested in Dedicated Server or VPS ?
I am getting slow speeds on usa windows servers, HF download are around 200-300kb/s (all, not per file)
Are you sure you bought the VPS from us ?

Thats not the US one . KS W 100 is the German 100 Mbps unmetered http://www.knowinservers.com/vps/window-vps/germany .
We didnt upgrade or changed our plans.
All the plans are same , we have just added some new plans .
So you need not worry about the new plans, your will be using the same
plan which you had initially ordered.
For german plans it says: KS GW100, not KS W100
I payed 25$ and got 100gb hard drive space, and I am sure I clicked on USA windows VPS :S
But yeah, I checked on in My Services and it says it's Germany... but I'm sure i clicked on USA as I wanted USA server for uploading
