i reply your email just 8 hours later not a whole day and you said its too late and you already formatted the server this what i call irresponsability .... and please dont reply with the typical if you dont like sends us a ticket for a refund .... i lost a day on my sites ...

i was adviced to backup cause you're gonna reboot it.. but today you said your'e going to formatt but you cant wait for my reply and formatted the server .. i know 1 day its not a big deal just ... if you said something repect it

This caused the misunderstanding and we apologize for it.
We were under the impression that you have already backed up the data and hence we
took down the server for maintenance.
 
high server load killing my site
this was good when the sever just came out

now all i get is high server load
please dont overload the shit, cuz this is slowing down my website

i hate being on the same node is people who do extensive rapidleech
 
Your ticket was answered - 4h 52m ago.

You have not mentioned about any FTP issue in your ticket.

Also it is not recommended to run a forum+transmission+VPN on a VPS.
 
maybe you are mistaking the requests
the subject is

Cannot log into terminal, cannot ssh, cannot FTP
i dont run vpn, most times i have no transmission processes running and it still has high loads

It Depends On Which File-hosts you are going to upload to.
For now the Netherlands is Good choice.
The Ip is banned By hotfile (But we can provide a hotfile Unban plugin)

Man the support here is no good tried server for a day and then wanted to cancel service but their site was down all day so i could not cancel my vps and know they do not want to give me my refund for a service i did not like i will stick with scorpiohost better so pissed off with this
 
Flex if you are on glen17 VPS.

I can SSH and also FTP your VPS , and there was never a problem for it.

Check your internet Connection.

Can I get once but the server is allow hotfile download premium ( I think germany server does)
