We have available slots in Netherlands, speeds are good for filehosts in Europe. Download from Hotfile working, upload to Hotfile not is fast.

Note: if you have USA RL, you can not move to NL. You need buy and select Netherlands in order proccess.

Also we have available slots in USA.

Can't download the same file, delete from Server Files and try download again. If you do not see the file, change to mode "Show­ Everything"

I do not know what is your problem but auto transload from Hotfile works fine. I´ve tested in your RL with Firefox:

I tried to transload files from hotfile but it says that "Login Failed, Bad Username Password combination" something like that. I tried it on Mozilla Firefox and Google Chrome.
 
New small modification:

Now you can add comments to your RAR files.
