The server that you are hosted is different of sniffdog but are in the same rack.
Every day we check the network speed and in this moment not have problems.
We do not belong to any filehost and therefore we can not solve problems that are outside of us.
If we have a network problem, we will contact immediately to our DC.

So, our US servers not have problems in speed to Europe, if the filehost have problems (in network or overloads) not is our problem, we can't do anything to solve it.

Nope that can't be! It appeared when I had at least 6GB of free space! It showed when I was uploading with auto-upload (well there was a parallel download too, but I know my limits of my subscription).

In that case, try again in 5 minutes, maybe our server that checks premium accounts are receiving many requests.
 
I will renew my subscription because it is the best RL, great speeds, fast support, no overloads (never i see cpu load more than 30%, always in 0 or 20%), very very good RL.

Something appears to be wrong today. I'm getting very slow speeds and when transloading the file I am leeching isn't finishing, it just keeps cutting out for some reason?

@darkra - Strange one because I've been trying to leech a file for quite some time now and it's still like the image below:

what happend!!! ur service was awesome...but past 3/4 day its going down...nd now its beyond my dream!!!! auto upload not working good... n now dl speed is so so slow...

guys, stop complaining about the speeds, you don't understand that some servers of filehosts download slow? buy yourself a dedicated server and who will complain if you get low speeds? you going to open a ticket to request that fix the download speed of fileserve or other filehost? you going to request a refund of your dedicated if you get low speed in your RL? my god noobs!

@graid - your post is totally unwarranted I must say, you are almost acting like you are associated with this host.

All I stated personally was that there seems to be a problem, the reason for this is normall the speeds are really spot on. This is the best rapidleech I've ever used, so there's no complains from here. I do however realise now, after speaking with darkra himself that the issue is infact with a server at Fileserve. I stated there seems to be something wrong, NOT there is an issue with the Donkiehost servers. Less of the "noob" talk as you have no idea who you are speaking to to make that judgement.

That will be all :)

sorry about noobs, but some users seem to be because they say "fix speed" as if it execute a command and all solved, this people don't understand and insists with bad speeds.
search another rl with 11 premium accounts, very nice rl script and good speeds, you can tell me any other?
for me this rl is the best (at least for now, i hope that continue so)

I was always honest and if there are problem on the network in one of our servers and the speeds are bad with all filehosts, I will admit it and take action (contact to our DC or move to other server).

It's been great both downloading and uploading. From/to US and EU. The speed fluctuates depending on traffic or file hosts' server status, but it's not this host's fault. Whenever problems happen, they fix them immediately. They don't use too friendly words like 'Hey' or 'man' or whatever. I call it professional.

No complaint or frustration with this service. It's sinply superb. That's my honest review for the months with them.

we all know DONKIEHOST is great...n for dat we using it..this is the best rl,i ever use.But, whenevr we face any problem its our right to ask n get solution...we r not showing any lame problems...u can't say noob on dat..
