Getting problem with FTP

Still getting problem with FTP no any one ftp address working for my ID

Response: 220 ProFTPD 1.3.3c Server (ProFTPD Default Installation) [173.199.123.230]
Command: USER freshmasters
Response: 331 Password required for freshmasters
Command: PASS *******
Response: 530 Login incorrect.
Error: Critical error
Error: Could not connect to server

Problem is with your network , we told you this already yet you still come here and post redundantly.<_<

esponse: 257 "/" is the current directory
Command: TYPE I
Response: 200 Type set to I

I have upped a lot files from FTP.
I see the link on website but it's dont work....error: server backup...
This only for files upped from ftp,right?
 
Switching betwen PPD and PPS must be aproved and done from the admins side ?
we can not self switching from plan 2 plan ?
Is a rule for this present (weeakly,dayly...) ?

It 's normal that my files can be downloaded from web page only and does not do so is punishable with Jdownload or IDM, or other files manager?
 
why free user can't DL files?

i think you don't understand what does he mean? you can use internet download manager to download file with free user after you wait 60 second ,
the direct download for premium it's mean you don't need to wait 60 second ,you can download immediately with IDM

We are working on this error...After the new features we put in last night ,free users have problems downloading, kindly ask the to register an account to download for now..We are working on this issue...
 
Ok, warning my friends to register a free account ... can I give them my reflink?
There are no problems if my ref download my files?

Update: I tried to download a premium account, and the same error free
