Hi everyone


In an effort to offer better support to our members I would kindly ask you to follow these guidelines, as this thread has become cluttered.


- The AlertPay support thread will be used for general support, topics which will benefit everyone. Those topics include how to withdraw/deposit, how to add a bank account, how to verify your account, transaction dispute process etc.


- If you would like our team to look into a ticket please PM us the ticket ID. You do not need to post in this thread to check the PMs, we check our PMs regularly.


- We will make announcements about service offerings, and services being re-enabled. Thus cutting down on the number of inquiries and cluttering of the thread. As well, you may refer to our blog, http://blog.alertpay.com/

Bank wire withdrawals are working for our Mexican members. I have checked in with

my banking team, and everything is fine.

You can PM me explaining the issues you are currently experiencing, along with your account name.

You can verify your account through a bank wire deposit.

Since we want our members to verify their accounts and to have as many options as possible to do so, we are going to waive the usual bank wire deposit fee just for the purpose of verification. However, the minimum amount for deposit by bank account is $50.00 USD, so you cannot do bank wire verification if you do not intend to deposit at least $50.00.

Hi A team, i have a problem with whitdraw on Bank Wire,this is my firdt time to do this but i dont have a luck.
this is what i get only
Any one of these fields is required: Swift BIC, Bank Code, Branch Code
i have all that from my bank but something go wrong always
im from serbia,i have friends who do that every time, but what hapening with ny account
please help me i have some cash to transfer and that is only way to do

If you are having issues inputting that information, you should contact your bank. They will assist you and inform you what information goes into which field.

They assist me 2 days but nothing hapened....

i am trying to active my account by Credit Card, but i got this message

Due to temporary difficulties we cannot process MasterCard/Visa transactions at this time. Please try again later, or use an American Express card.

i am from Egypt
 
I really really doubt they will not run soon. On there blog they somewhere said that VISA/Master card payments will start working from Friday but still it is not working. An integration problem would take a month to solve ? I fear people don't want to do business with them.
