Anyway the transload speed is great but how come when I remote upload I only get 300-400 kbps speed and when I tried downloading myself this is the speed?

The speed of your isp is slow thats why you are getting less speed when downloading from server to your personal pc.

Nothing wrong with my ISP its the same with fileserve when I try to remote upload a file it takes 1 hour to show up just for a 300mb file!!!
