It says, in very clear font: PLEASE NOTE: Your membership is not Trusted, yet. Accordingly, your videos will not be encoded, so make sure you upload your videos in streamable format such as MP4. Other formats won't be encoded and will show "Internal Problem".
So your videos won't be encoded until your membership is trusted, even if you wait for 2 hours or 2 days.

I have a lot of .avi to upload but if I don't get trusted I'll need to convert all first :/ it's more than 1 TB I guess.

Unfortunately for security reasons we can’t accept mobile applications (except Telegram groups) since mobile apps will prevent our player from working properly and won’t allow our player to show ads. We work online with websites. Additionally, we can’t approve a trusted membership request for a project that is under development.

The app is 99% ready and I tested the app and after the page that contains the video link gets loaded, when the user touch the play button, it pops up the ad, so the user will see the ad, close the add and after that he will be able to watch the video.

But I want to be honest with you from the beginning and don’t waste your time. We can’t work with mobile apps at all. We could allow you and then when we identify something wrong we may have to take some actions and then your time is wasted and I don’t want to to through the process of losing a partner when I have the chance to make it clear from the beginning, that’s the point of the Trusted membership.
I have a few questions regarding the premium services. How should I go about contacting your team to make sure I have all the information and it works for my website before ordering? is Email fine or should I PM you over here?
Also, quick note: Since the premium traffic service is up and running(I presume) it would be great if we could have some insight on how much bandwidth our current daily Views/plays on our account panel, perhaps alongside the views graph?

You need to contact on email to check with you your site, collect all important info about your site and how much you need and select the correct plan for you, and you will know exactly how much you consume per day in the panel below the statistics.
There was a bug causing users with Minimum Ads Mode getting the profit of maximum ads mode, even with the player showing one ad only.
The strange thing is, it is the users themselves who have reported this problem and this indicates the quality of the users that we have, their frankness, and their loyalty to the service, despite their ability to exploit this problem and profit from it without informing us.
I am not sure what to say, but we’re the luckiest service ever to have such partners.
I was just coming here to message you about ads, only to see you mention it. But my message is about medium rates. The only thing people complain about now is the ads. I have my rates set to medium, and I tested the video player. Here are my results, there are 4 ads before the video will play, and then 6 more ads when a viewer clicks through the timeline, then no more on that video. When the same viewer goes to another video without leaving the site, then only 2 ads are shown before the video plays and then 1 more ad after about 6 clicks through the timeline.
Can you please confirm this is how it should be. If it is, then I will ignore those complaints from now on.
