Please try to swap your IP address and try again. If that doesn’t help, hit me with a PM including your account username and I will take a closer look at the limit you reached if it’s related to your IP address or account.

Now I have this error when I try to connect, I use Filezilla:

Connection closed by server
Error: Could not connect to server

Edit: It's working now.
 
I have a few questions regarding Premium Traffic.

1- If I contract a plan, will all my videos already uploaded to the platform be converted to premium, or do I have to re-upload them again, as if it were a new hard drive?

1.1- In the event that they are converted to premium, all iframes would have to be replaced by the new ones, or the videoID and name will remain the same.

2. How safe is this new option? I would not like to trust, install my own player and that out of nowhere, the servers fall down again like both times past, and files goodbye.

Hi

On first question, when you become premium all your old files and news uploads become and work on premium traffic.

2. All videos will have same iframe and file codes.

3. Is verry safe because when you buy premium you will be moved in single spaces only for you.

I can see their thumbnails, is it normal?

You need a trusted membership to have your videos encoded, as it’s clearly described in your account page, and also the upload page. PM With your account username please.

I am converting all of my videos to mp4, I already uploaded some and they are working fine, I was watching some yesterday but some new uploads I made I'm having this issue.

Yes some MP4’s needs to be encoded mate. It depends on its metadata. PM With your account username please.
