This notice is related to PayPal requests only. Both Bitcoin and Webmoney requests will be processed on time with no delay, as both Bitcoin and Webmoney systems are offshore and not related to European banks. :anchor:

Sorry mate, but is it hard to read this notice? https://prnt.sc/s9dge1

It says, in very clear font:
PLEASE NOTE: Your membership is not Trusted, yet. Accordingly, your videos will not be encoded, so make sure you upload your videos in streamable format such as MP4. Other formats won't be encoded and will show "Internal Problem".

So your videos won't be encoded until your membership is trusted, even if you wait for 2 hours or 2 days.

For the second time I tell you personally, your videos won't be encoded so as @NASROOO because both of you don't have trusted membership.

I think I got it now, the thing is that you are not telling us which encoders your site support.

I uploaded two files, both are .mp4, the first worked fine and the other got stuck processing...

The difference was their encoders:

Working: AVC (H264)

Stuck: MPEG-4 Xvid

Is that right?

If so could you please describe it more clearly to your users cause I didn't find this information anywhere and specially if your user is a noob in encode formats.

Any playable format would work without encoding. If encoding is requested then a trusted membership must be applied to the account first.

For UNTRUSTED users (video should be H264+AAC codecs) to be playable, the rest of formats need to be encoded and you need to apply for trusted member.

You can make request on contact form from site.

That's what I wanna hear hehe
Thank you very much, I'll convert my videos using this codec.

If you guys could put this information on the site it will help a lot of users to not upload wrong codecs if he is untrusted.

Another user who replied some posts ago probably is having the same problem.
