about that it's a not like that sir. my concerned email is on request (12737216) and i've replied it several times not left it abandoned. and you replied 2 times, about my confirmation compensation balance and about the post link.
and on request (12737579) where the new email is, and i only sent it once, not update it.

and since then, i never send a new email again about this problem.
