For example, if the downloader watched the video before downloading it, this download won’t be paid. And of course IDM downloads won’t be paid, besides many other factors as well.
Your request will be processed within 14 days.
Make sure you didn’t add any domains in your account settings.

All new uploads are being encoded immediately, but older videos which uploaded (7-21 February) are the ones which still in the encoding queue since the servers that handle them are overloaded.
Kindly check your account settings and if there is no websites added into it, add yours.
