Is there no ad-free mode for users with 0% income? Or is there an option to customize how many ads appear?

Upload speeds from Asia are terrible. I waited a while to see better results, but the upload speed is still very slow. I paused the upload and waited a bit longer. Currently, uploads are taking too long; I have to wait for hours just to upload 3 files totaling 1GB.
