I took a service but I did not activate because they say that I did not pay


I paid I immediately activated the service or ridate me back the money

and there speed also too good
recently they launch dedicated server
i just love to work wid cyber-planet.in

ADMIN was away for his brothers medical emergency and had sent an email regarding this to everyone
he came back today and support online again :)

I think the ticket is also opened by you, because of the same username.

And in case you are not the same person. :-

The list of installed softwares will be a huge one :) . I can tell you that almost all the daily need softwares are already installed. And more can be installed upon request via tickets/skype. Provided they arent harmful to any person or entity.

Sorry for the delay in replying, WJ didnt sent an email to me on your reply. I guess emails are sent only when a fresh reply is made. I dont visit WJ, unless i have a reply :)
Each plan has a different number of max user. You can find about it in the order page.
We have added the max number of users / server in the order page itself. We dont hide anything from our clients :)

Today I use a dedicated server an RDP and a seedbox and I am very pleased with your service.
