Yesterday i already paid my invoice with perfect money, but after payment, i got logged out by your system which is usually happen like this when i pay with paypal. After i login again, my invoice still haven't been paid. But my balance has decreased.
I already ask you with the ticketing sytem, but no reply for almost 24 hour and my ticket marked closed automatically by your system.

3 days no response. Open ticket never get reply from admin until now, can't access RDP for almost 3 days because still didn't pay it, but i already paid and the invoice still said i haven't paid yet and now i have overdue invoice. Such a great service right now form CP. I have been use this from 2015, but look what you done to your loyal customers.

6 days without response, ticket on your page without responses closed, skype does not respond either, I sent you a Private Message here in Wjunction and it did not respond either, there is no communication they are the owner.
It is strange because it always responded at least 2 days maximum, but now it is totally abandoned.
I should give an answer unless it happens
 
7 days ago I got this message:
Business closed.
YOur new server logins will reach you shortly.
We are keeping only a few servers so as to accommodate users who have pending dates.
We have already moved your data to new servers but Take necessary backups, just in case.
And then I didn't get any new logins. Anyway it was time to pay next invoice, but I had no option to do that.
 
I already use this service for almost 5 years or more, but if Kai slow respon like this continuously and payment gateway only one, i'll consider to move to another service.
 
I had to change service because KAI never responded, at least 1 week without service and no response anywhere, skype, ticket, mail, and here too. A pity I liked his service but I think it came to an end. I hope I can start another service with the same or better quality
 
Looks like, this is the end of CP Service. No response from Kai for almost 1 month maybe. Payment only accept one payment, RDP license down. Well, i guess you guys should leave.
