Can't access RDP for like 5 hrs already.

Support on Skype hasn't replied in hours.

Added after 16 Hours 18 minutes:

RDP down for almost 24 hrs now.

NO REPLY from support on Skype after a number of messages.

This looks like another scam from a particular country.
Skype (and this thread) is not our primary means of providing support. Please use the support section on our site for that.
And, I replied to your ticket within one and a half hours.

Then again, your first order of business is "contacting DC" *after* someone reports RDP having been down for almost a day, so yeah.

Selectivity is nice.

For what's it worth... I sincerely hope it will be solved very soon.

I Am Using Cyber-planet TWO Rdp from past 5 month
and i keep renew My account
without any Issue also i found it Very cheap and good speed and 0 Downtime Owner of this Rdp admin very friendly
and always online and Help me alot
I face my first restart
after 45 days I bought CA server and Honestly i am telling it's Best Rdp i ever use
recently admin change this website and add vps seedbox and Server for Public demand
so please dont's type bad word here Judge other Provider u will find it's too cheap
and Best then Others
 
Planning on buying the cheapest for some testing projects, how many torrent I can download at same time? any other limitation? thanks!
 
RDP's great, I am using the encoding one, by far the cheapest and best. Gonna look at dedi's from next month. Thanks for the support Kai.
 
Actually the technical service is outstanding
but the server i rent is not good sadly
The speed is not quite good for me

can we know on which server are you and the user ID please?
And by the term speed, what re you referring to. (Like the server performance is low or the upload/download speed)
Please dont post the full IP, just a bits will be okay, and its better if you could give us the service name and date of purchase.

And i dont see any tickets regarding any slowness or refunds. In fact i cant see even any tickets pending :)

I just tried and there are no problems in the server, also no other users are facing any problems.
So either its because you are doing something wrong or because your user profile might have some problem.
Please sign off completely and try again (NOt closing, but sign out)

We dont look at the cancellation requests :)
As 99% are till the end of billing period.
Anyways your refund was already processed yesterday by my staff as your request fallen in the 24hrs slab.
And like said in the policy, the refunds requested within he 24 hrs are refunded fully, with no questions asked. :)
