My service was disabled without any just reason, the support has not answered me since two days ago. I demand the return of the money of the month I renew and of which I have only used 7 days.

has not been accessible for more than 72 hours,

I sent 3 tickets:
# 870 | 12 | 2018 JDownloader seems dysfunctional: containing two messages that are left unanswered
# 882 | 12 | 2018 urgent: containing a message also remain unanswered

You support take down my rdp wihtout any problem , I dont know whats wrong but the support continuesly sign out my rdp and saying i am over using it where the server is stable proof is here

He just blame and take down my account where my data is also on your server.

Is this the right way to treat your customers ?

And after all he said you paying for shared RDP not server, so i am paying for share rdp i am getting the shared rdp not server and i am paying not begging ? right ?

The support staff is really not good where they didnt able to prove me wrong at any stage instead demanding prove from me.

You are admin here and you know me from a time even rest WJ staff also know me very well.

In the end they just terminated my account and no refund.

This is really really bad to do businesses like this where without proof you can do whatever you want.

To others be careful with this host the support is too bad they always blame you for any reason and the are only good in eating money.

And yes offcourse they are guilty so they removed everything account on site and all the tickets. And didnt let me take my backup. No worries soon will they get punished by GOD.

I have reviewed all the conversations and see my staff member disabled your account for abusing him - not a good way to speak to people right?

Anyway, neither your account or the tickets have been deleted - the only thing that is deleted are your Skype abuses to us (deleted by you), obviously, you only want to show us in bad light, right?

Let us come to the point - as mentioned in the ticket, please issue a public apology if you need access to your backups, we don't take staff abuse lightly. If you choose to do this, please also find another service as you are not welcome at CoinRDP anymore.

For the money you think we made by banning you (about 6$), I will issue a one month free RDP in our giveaway section soon, happy?

Abusing staff happen after abuse me 1st your staff have always a bad attitude towards clients when ever they came for help they tell them useless reasons

And main key point is only u having the issue.

Abusing start when he continues signing me off. How a fresh started account can use again 20% of cpu LOL

Well RDP users like will get to know what actually happen here and i wish they can be aware from this in future.


If you can prove it that i was over using the server i can say sorry but you fail to do that so it means the mistake was at your end.

Anyway Rox i know your staff is 1st for you because a 13 $ client have no worth . This is true shit.
 
have to say im very impressive with COINRDP , i have 2 RDP with them , their nework is awesome never have any problem with uploading and downloading speed , and also their support .
honestly after trying so many provider , i have to admit COINRDP is still the best from my opinion.
keep up the good work mate and for those who still doesnt have rdp with them , i suggest give it a try and you will know why i have 2 rdps with them.
