Good to see your issue fixed, but you should be trying to reach out the customer support first for those issues before venting out frustrations in public forums. You know, your issue might get solved and everything you said can't be taken back again.

I'd assure you from my personal experience that the support is responsive and understanding.

Server was down due to a customer using it to attack other servers. Fixed 24 hrs ago.

Also, SSL added to the entire website (including Client Area, Cart, Payment etc.). You can now be assured of the safety of the data you transmit.
 
I lost my phone which I use for 2FA by Google Authenticator app so I currently am locked out of my account. I can't even make a customer support ticket since it needs to login first. I hope that you can help me since I currently have an invoice to settle in that account.

My service was disabled without any just reason, the support has not answered me since two days ago. I demand the return of the money of the month I renew and of which I have only used 7 days.
