Hello folks! I totally agree that the service has been bad in the recent past (~2 months) and this is something which has been nagging me as well. I am the one to blame for this as server maintenance had taken a backseat in this period causing all sorts of issues. Hiring a staff helped for a few days but they had to be let go as I had security concerns with the person. A new person is already hired and will ensure things are running smooth.
I would like to apologise for this pathetic experience you have had with us.
Can I request you to please give me a chance to make this right so that servers are performing as they were before? If you have any unresolved issues, please ping us on Skype directly for faster resolution. I am more than happy to make this right for you and run the servers at their peak.
you don't need to apologize for that. You are dependent on the datacenter and we all have a private life as well.
You're always easily accessible on Skype and I have consistently good experiences in the past three years with you.
I think it's a pity that only negative experiences posted here but no positive ones. But that's unfortunately always the case - resulting from the psychology of human.

I have ordered for Black Pearl RDP 3 days ago. Payment is confirmed and since then my RDP status is pending. I have contacted support and it seems my ticket has been hanging there for last 2 days without any response. I would appreciate if you process my order. If you can't then I would like a refund.

i am using this rdp from 2 years nearly 1&1/2 half year server is good after that this rdp became worst for me
many time down i was so frustated about this service any how this might be my last month in this rdp
started serched new ones
in last 8 months there are many times down
with out server down i didnt seen any month till now from last 8 months
last down time is jan 1st nearly 10 hours down
when every thing woking they will respond to tickets or skype messages
but when rdp down no responce any where
just we have pray to god
