I cannot login to RDP after 9 days no customer support on tickets and skype . He sees my message on skype and does not answer my messages.

Your account has been banned permanently for using a lot of space on C Drive despite repeated warnings. Begging only works one time, not all the time. Oh and what happened to your old account here on WJ, did you stop using it or got banned which made you create a dupe here?
 
My own k drive was full , I was in process of creating backup in the meantime my account was banned , This is a paid service as an old customer I request to please give one last warning as everyone is witnessed to it . I have created my backup and ready to continue my work on my drive. As far as my account is concerned I was inactive on wjunction for a very long time that is my I am unable to login here.

Ordered and paid for RDP one day ago, they didn't activated the service, didn't respond to tickets :thumbsdown::thumbsdown::thumbsdown:

As a long time costumer (for years) I am really satisfied with this service. The best thing about it is uptime. You can run your rdp for weeks without any interruption or lag, reboot is mostly due to updates.
Next thing is support, they were always there when I needed them, software installation or some help with my apps.
Price is little bit higher than other RDPs, but you will have less users on server, no one will abuse it and it is almost like private RDP, and private RDP is much expensive than this service.

Not at all, the problem is, there are no open tickets :)
First of all, the ticket was received way before you even reply with 'there are no open tickets' I even have the email stating that it was received, when I say something its based on facts and what is actually happening. Second of all, the credentials that I have received on my email are not even working.

I believe your account was suspended for abusing the server. Please do not use WJ as a support platform.
 
  1. RDP deployment time is within 24 hours - this is mentioned on the website.
  2. Incorrect password - human error, a new password was shared as soon as this was reported on Skype (proofs can be provided upon request).
  3. RDPs are shared, who will give you a Dedicated 10Gbps Server for 25 USD? This is also mentioned on the website and on this thread here, no fault of ours if you do not read things properly.
  4. RAM Abuse - you were using 57% CPU, the screenshot is already provided to you in the ticket, can post here or share with Mods if requested by them.
  5. 1% RAM rule, we did not ban you for that, you know that very well - you were using way above the allowed limit, stop being ignorant about it.
  6. The server had to be restarted 2 times within the 4 hours of your usage.
  7. Our ToS and Refund Policy are very clear, learn to read all the policies before purchasing instead of whining like a child.

I am reporting your posts to WJ mods for removal as you are posting pure BS.

- You are subscribing to a shared network, You don't individual gain access to the full server or the resources being offered by it.
- Based on the screenshot received you were hogging up to an average of 57% of the system resources. Thus troubling other users and affecting their usage.
- If you need a heavy resource product you could have gone through their Dedicated/Individual access products of this or any other company.
- Terms of service of a company are clearly mentioned on the provider's website before you make a subscription with any company be its delivery time or policies based on refund or usage.
- We urge all our users to ensure to read them and still if they have any doubts clearify with the executives of the company mentioning them your usage and allowance for the same.
- Still if you plan to use a subscription based service and are in doubts, we request our users to pay using

- A true understanding of the service being bought / Signing up with a service acknowledges the fact that you have accepted their terms of service.
- Faq and the product listing clearly mentions the fact that the resources are shared.

After trying out different services these past few days, I must say I'm excited to try out CoinRDP!
I went for the basic plan (Black Pearl), as it's more than what I need, but still seems many other companies fail to deliver stability and a trustworthy relationship with clients. After reading all the feedback here, I'm feeling really positive about CoinRDP. :)

I'll leave my review for all of you as soon as I get my service active.

added you on Skype, I need a demo so I can try out the download speeds for downloading from mega.nz

Currently I'm on a private RDP 1gbps and I'm only getting 10mbit
