Ticket replies were delayed but services worked fine as stated by some customers above. If there are any open issues, please create a ticket and I'll personally look into it for you.
 
I paid my invoice on Saturday March 2, 2020 but my account is suspended, I send them a proof of my payment but still nothing and it is March 4 my account still suspended what is that ???

Kindly show proof of ticket created after you made the payment. It is clearly written on the invoice that if you use a manual method like WMZ, one needs to create a ticket after paying for their invoice to be manually marked paid.

You only created a ticket after my staff suspended your account for non-payment, why do you blame us for this?
 
Been using this service for almost a year now and I have to say that I'm very happy with them and definitely not looking anywhere else, because I'm satisfied with the service and support provided. Hope they stay this way for a long time!
