Do you allow users to request an exclusive HDD to avoid any lagging or potential disk i/o congestion issues? I think I'll be needing to download via torrent/p2p though I don't plan to seed on the RDP (just encoding).

Hoping for an assistance here. I'm currently having an issue. I can't login to the client area since it's asking for a 2FA and I am not receiving one. I can't make a support ticket and I also can't pay the current invoice until I'm logged in.

Without setting up 2FA you cannot receive any 2FA code! You need to use Authy.com or Google Authenticator to set it up.

There is a bug in WHMCS system which has caused 2-3 clients and orders to be deleted! We are checking this with WHMCS.

If you are affected by this, please contact me over PM or Skype and I will personally look into it.
