Hi, this is the statistics shown by WHMCS for this month's tickets. 50% of our tickets are responded within the first 4 hours and the rest 25% in 4-8 hours; which means by 8 hours 75% of the tickets are responded by us.

As responded in the ticket your account was temporarily banned for using 100 GB+ space in C Drive. If this happens again, it will be permanently banned. Account enabled as mentioned in ticket.
