Hello,

The OS of 2Gbps server crashed and we had to ask the DC to re-install it. This took longer than expected and hence the delay.

We are working as hard as possible to create user accounts, optimize server and install all required softwares ASAP. Please wait for 6-8 more hours before you can login to the server again with new credentials.

its more than 14 hours from you replied and more than 48 hours from server stoped
 
they deleted all my files from utorrent...
they blocked access to utorrent and later they say they dont accept utorrent software... they were dedirdp earlier ..they made a new name coinrdp and still same less minded people...admin acts like a general Army guy ...
Aggressive, ruthless behavior while answering to tickets.. 64GB ram works like 2GB ....
FTP upload comes to 5MBps , whereas it should be alleast 50-80 MBPs

they shoukd have mentioned that they dont accept utorrents in thier 1st page itself....

even an AMD G series processor will work better than theirs
later ill update with images and all

I warned users in this forum to make proper judgement before using coinrdp in a seperate thread. So finally I was not the only one who suffered using coin Rdp !!

This user has been banned from our services for abusing staff and violating our ToS. We do not need stupid people like you who cannot differentiate a 3rd party application issue and RDP issue and are using 80 files at once and blaming the provider for slow servers!

For people like @jamesrocky ; proof attached.

You have the worst RDP I have ever used in my life throughout 8 years ...after using your worst RDP ...u even deleted all my files..Those 80 files u are talking there were just 2-400mb files that doesnt mean u delete all the files and make the drive empty ..you could have warned atleast or banned me for 1 day..but deleting all files means waste of energy and time , nobody does that
and I know u check what we do like a spy,, coz some files which were untouched were open in folder .what condition will a human be into ..
I just want to make other people clear that please dont fall into such useless coinRDP , they were earlier known as dedirdp which had negative impression so they changed to coinrdp..... all his users are disconnected they dont use coinrdp..he wont allow you to work peacefully ..after using 20 days of hes RDP it was unbearable in the end he will tell you GTFO..

Your posts have a certain amount of autism to them.
 
The Service provider clearly mentions his terms and conditions to provide you the service, if you fail to read the terms before signing up for a subscription it is your problem. You abused the server by downloading more than the set amount of files allowed. You got to realize that this is a shared service which is shared with many users including you so stop whining about it. As per uTorrent is concerned if the admin or the tech support had to force restart an application or install or refresh the app but an obvious your files would vanish. It's your responsibility to take a back up not the service providers. If any false or misclaiming information would be posted by you it would result in a ban here as well.

I just want to give all users and interested persons a second feedback after using this service a few months.

1. Support tickets and and skype messages are answered within 1 min upto 2 hrs. So a nice respond time. :emoji_alarm_clock:
2. The new server (new dc) works perfectly. No crashes. Compared to others services a big plus, because other servers restart every one or two days. :emoji_chart_with_upwards_trend:
3. Users which are abusing the server will get warned and have a second chance. If they go on abusing they will be banned. That's nescessary and a big pro - Rox does care about the service. :emoji_shield:
4. It's the first 10Gbps RDP service which realy reached the magical 10Gbps limit. See for yourself:
