Was your payment marked as "Paid" but you didn't receive any money?

If so, you need to enable security lock on your account and change your password. If your payment was marked as paid and you didn't receive the funds, you entered your payout info wrong or someone else changed it.

We mark payments as paid only after sending the funds.

Uploads are working again. One of our 10Gbit ports stopped responding at the datacenter, this has been fixed now.

All of my files were deleted before the payout.
I did not delete any of them.
Now my payment is marked as ​"REJECTED (DELETED ALL FILES BEFORE PAYOUT - AGAINST TOS)."

my files are all deleted as well, this morning all files are online and now there are all deleted, what is this? so you wan´t pay out the people, so you delete all the files of them? really?

this hoster is a bad joke, sorry
