Was your payment marked as "Paid" but you didn't receive any money?

If so, you need to enable security lock on your account and change your password. If your payment was marked as paid and you didn't receive the funds, you entered your payout info wrong or someone else changed it.

We mark payments as paid only after sending the funds.

Uploads are working again. One of our 10Gbit ports stopped responding at the datacenter, this has been fixed now.
