Worst country with internet connection?

its decided anyway, lebanon is the worst country in the world for internet connection.

for 128kbps u pay 55$ +150$ installation fee with 2GB limited traffic.
wont get any better.

uploadspeed= download/4

so upload is 32kbps.

Well, it kinda depends. Some countries are great when it comes to the Internet because they're cheap, and pretty much all packages come with unmetered bandwidth, while in some countries where you won't find more than 3 private ISP's and 2-3 Telecom's of the government, speed isn't so great, and bandwidth isn't cheap either.

Somalia is probably the worst country when it comes to the Internet...

Those plans aren't standard. 30 and 60 mbit/s are only offered by one ISP and the prices are huge. I personally don't know anybody that has internet faster than 6 mbit/s
