Which country you think have the worst internet connection in the world (speed and prices)

countries that have internet and not like Afghanistan! (never mind, Afghanistan apparently is a lot better than many other countries like lebanon)


EDIT:
so far Lebanon is the worst country in the world, some stats:
60 times more expensive than any other internet connection
4-10 seconds latency
16 hours uptime.
2GB/month limit quota ad above that 10$/1GB

Well,in my country(Bosnia and Hercegovina) max DSL speed at main ISP is 6 Mbit/s and it cost ~70 $ :S but in neighbour country (Serbia) they have isp that offer plans with 30 and 60 Mbit/s.

To expensive , i pay 10$ for 100mb/s (optic fiber)

i will give you the answer.

it is lebanon the worst internet in the world.

not Bolivia

in Lebanon they pay 60 times more expensive than bolivia.

For example a 128kbps connection with uptime of 12 hours a day is for 55$.

its not about speed you know only. the site mentioned didn't take into account the prices, uptime, latency
