If you want users to use your filehost you should first resolve all these delays with payments, you say you pay 2 or 3 business days after request but i have been paid twice and it was after 5 business days and because i contacted support, i cant be contacting support every time i request a payment, so i suggest you put up automatic payments as soon as possible, and add webmoney too, there are countries where paypal is not available, also finish once and for all problems with servers upload speed and download speeds.

If you have a specifc issue that is current ,then we can address.

If you download at 1kbps, it wouldnt even be correct to say you are in the minority because that exist for you alone.If you need help, post a tracert.

Now I know what happen , I asked Online support they suggest me to change Available plan But My plan not show what my plan and cannot click to change
