the are not aceptting new premium from bitcoin at least they are refusing transactions yesterday i buy 3 months and not accepted and no answer emails, a friend of mine yesterday buy one month and today they get free again and they return payment
i have heard that they have reached an arrangement and they ban account and no acceppt premium we will see, for m,e it is the end of ul and they reopen with other host and less rates for ppd program they are giving 30 per 1000 and most of the competence dont reach to 15 in ppd
to me too account blocked but payment checked i cross my fingers and hope receiving payment at least XDXD

uploaded.net will be soon down like rapidshare because i got mail from uploaded.net and said that will be soon down because of DMCA etc :/ dont upload anymore files etc never mind if movies or book or any they will close ur account and bye

basically, UL is going after anyone who has had repeated dmca notifications.
which means pretty much everyone using their service since we upload material which isn't ours, regardless of what type of material it is.
for those who upload porn/apps/music i'm guessing you get a helluva lot more dmca notices than people who upload ebooks.
i don't know when UL makes payments, but i'm guessing everyone they suspended is due to get paid.
so the offset for UL is they keep all the funds that should be going out to affiliates.
i don't use UL; i have around 5000 files stored on another host, i get likely on average 1 dmca notice every 2 or 3 days - so if my host decides to do the same thing, i'm likely screwed.
UL is doing this in response to the German lawsuit - it's likely they will lose. Germany's courts take a dim view of filehosts that offer incentives.
even if they lose, they won't shut down.
they make too much money to give up after 1 lawsuit.
but let's remember rapidshare - enormously popular and fell in the toilet fast due to pressure from the usa.
UL is one of the more popular filehosts and this is going to make a lot of people leave - the ones who would have signed up are going to use another site. why take the chance that you upload tons of material to a site that's going to get rid of you unexpectedly.

Rapidshare deserved what they got. Their whole 'reward uploaders' was the catalyst that propelled the filehost industry into the cash-grab shitstorm that it is today. Everyone followed them and took it a notch above by offering uploaders cash instead of points for account extensions.
And every single one will pay the ultimate price, eventually, if not immediately. Uploaded has been longest standing one after Rapidshare, and it will eventually die off with this move. Rapidgator will follow. And when the 'protection' of the bigger ones go, the smaller new ones will drop like flies.

They don't really ban your account, just access to your files from downloading. Someone mentioned a while back they still earn and get paid from the automated rebills on their suspended account some two months after the suspension.

Upload links on all sites are dead? is this true?
some people a few pages back said something bitcoin payment getting rejected and refunded. I can confirm it had nothing do with uploaded. There seems to be some issue with blockchain and others I bought a game from instant-gaming through bitpay,blockchain and have yet to have my payment confirmed even after 10 hours (0/3 confirmation step) > this usually took 1 hour !

Popular file-hosting service Uploaded.net terminated the accounts of many users this week, citing frequent copyright infringements. The account holders in question, many of which used the site to generate revenue, are no longer able to share their files and are actively looking for alternatives.
With millions of visitors per month, Uploaded is one of the largest file-hosting services on the Internet.
Like many of its ‘cloud-hosting’ competitors, the service is also used to share copyright-infringing material, which is a thorn in the side of various copyright holder groups.
This has already led to legal trouble for Uploaded’s parent company Cyando AG, which is currently involved in a legal battle with copyright holders in Germany.
The rightsholders believe that Uploaded is not doing enough to prevent repeat infringements and argue that the company should therefore be held liable for the infringing actions of its users.
While Uploaded hasn’t commented on the accusations out of court, recent developments show that something has definitely changed behind the scenes.
This week, Uploaded terminated the accounts of a large group of users who presumably used the site to share infringing material. The German news outlet Tarnkappe suggests that this is likely a direct response to the legal proceedings.
On several forums, including WJunction, users are reporting that their accounts have been permanently suspended by the file-hosting service.
“Due to the high frequency of reported copyright notifications and evaluation of our compliance department, we regret to inform you that – according to our Terms and Conditions – your account with ID ***, was deactivated,” the message sent by uploaded reads.
Those who login to their account will see a similar notice, confirming that their account has been suspended. “This account has been permanently suspended due to violations of the Terms and Conditions,” it reads.

While Uploaded has terminated accounts for similar reasons in the past, the number of complaints this week is unusual. Some even suggest that the site may not be around for much longer.
“So all our accounts are banned on the same day? I think very soon they will close the site!” one uploader wrote.
For now there is no indication that Uploaded is shutting down anytime soon. However, the recent terminations suggest that the site is getting tougher on users whose files are frequently flagged by rightholders.
The suspensions will mostly impact people who upload and share many pirated files on the site, often for profit. This is also the group of users copyright holders are most concerned about.
