As I said you haven't been with them, long enough. On several occasion they have been down for 2-3 days, because the attack was massive and took their DC offline. This might as well be not an attack on RG but on their DC , thus the DC taking everything offline and null routing IPs. Anyways just...
If you have been with RG long enough, You would know this a routine thing, As they come under big DDOS attacks every now and then . All you can is wait for them to take counter measures ! These attacks can't go for long anyways, since they are extremely expensive and resource intensive .
If you are not profitable enough and just use large amount of space with negative cost per space for them, they will kick you out. Any host would do that actually. Rapidshare did that, depositfiles did it and etc. These people don't run charity and only want money. your ratio of generated money...
Has any one asked this question from RG support before ?
If a file you got sale from is deleted due to inactivity (No copyright claim) ! Do you still lose the rebill ?
That's one of the common Authorization stages that pay gates use. It's not like rapidgator has implemented that, It's a requirement added by pay gate . Considering the amount of fraudulent transaction these days, some add even stricter stages !
people who keep asking about the new complains section ! This is the same feature they had already added to Datafile way back then and now they added it to rapidgator. Remember on DF they also provided the IP address + the email of DMCA submitter , It's the same here and nothing to worry about ...
I believe it's a transparency record just like what they added to Datafile (also owned by rapidgator), where they provided the email of DMCA submitter ! You need this if you want to file a counter-DMCA or directly contact them.
I have been using Bitcoin to buy all my steam games + pay for hosting + pay for vpn (when needed) + pay other people . Very very rarely use CC or paypal unless I really have no option. Bitcoin advantages farrr outweight it's disadvantages.
Hello,
Since last night during webupload, the default option is adding password to uploads. everytime you refresh the page you have to remove password or you have to reupload it again. Can fix this so the default option is NO password !
They probably ran into financial issues. imagebam was really slow recently and it seemed the admin didn't want to add more servers. most likely no longer profitable and he decided to cut the loss.
some people a few pages back said something bitcoin payment getting rejected and refunded. I can confirm it had nothing do with uploaded. There seems to be some issue with blockchain and others I bought a game from instant-gaming through bitpay, blockchain and have yet to have my payment...
so this guy bought premium then asked for refund the same day and yet kept downloading with the premium account !Nope you are not eligible for refund.
Sounds to me this guy wanted to scam the host by quickly downloading his files then ask for refund, an action many shady downloaders practice...
Most probably they have pay gate problem, and as we all know pay gate issue takes long time to fix. Of course they wouldn't announce it publicly so ppl won't panic.
they probably did this to encourage ppl to buy long term plans as 180days as longer plans stayed the same. But yeh price increase isn't good in any state. their 1-month plan is now among top most expensive ones !
one of the reasons i stick with UCH was the ease of download. good speed + short timer + large file size limit for free user etc. Now 90 sec timer after captcha + 450mb limit for free users !
You are making it quite annoying to dl now ! I do hope you return the timer and file size limit to what...
