Shared accounts or not, the ressellers are on the top.... so they really sell lots of accounts, being shared or not(1) (can you picture that dumbass) ,
for example we do not see a USA or Canada resseller on the list (not in top 10) or canada.... 
1.-Yes it does matter if that account is shared, a shared account doesn't brings a profit to uploaded.net, why is so hard to understand that?, if a reseller sells shared accounts he is stealing legit sales from uploaded.net, and the 9€ he paid was using a referal link, so uploaded only got 4.5€ from an account that is abusing the bandwith and breaking the ToS, plus some of them were doing this with stolen credit cards.
2.- Brazilians never fail to surprice me with how dense they are, if USA/Canada/Europe aren't top reseller, it's because they buy directly from Uploaded.net since every adult in those countries has a credit card, and they are used to buy online, so they don't need a reseller, nor someone selling them in their local currency.
more important a site still needs traffic, which brazilian dudes are the ones who bring the bigger amount..... they can put small kind of add (like filesonic did) and win a lot with that.....
Low tier traffic isn't great when all it does is consume bandwith, yeah right now it is profitable to an extent otherwise Brazil wouldn't be in the Bronze group, but if you think that 100 million users from Brazil equal 100 million users from USA or 100 millon users from China, then you don't understand how this work, brazilian traffic is low tier traffic, your ad networks paid fractions of penny per 1000 page views, and few cents per click, while 1000 page views from USA pay few cents and 1 click can pay up to 2 dollars, so if they added an ad like the filesonic one they would still being unable to move Brazil to silver.
other important point uploaded really don't pay that much.... even in group c Brazilians uploaders won a lot more from fsc and fs even than with uploaded in gold (take it from a guy that was rank 80 at fscnic and had a profit of 1000 dolars weekly ^^... not just peanuts like you make).. and in that time MU was the top server here (as in the world)... they had a strong competition with MU, which Uploaded simple don't have today, they're almost a monopoly .......
