Thank you for contacting us regarding the issue , thank you for the kind messages you have sent to us regarding this and we would like to notify anyone to leave this to our department and not take actions itself.
The person who reported this fake post had sing in with fraud name and the most information's was fraud, as you know we not store any kind of messages regarding personal info's for extra protection.

The person not know what asked about Kloxo like you will see here http://i.snag.gy/ccySr.jpg , obviously the person not know anything about LX-Kloxo or Kloxo-MR , to inform you the Kloxo-MR are updating it's bugs and related security issues very soon when they discover , the LX-Kloxo are not doing the same. So guess which is hackable? He not even mention anything regarding LX-Kloxo. We had asked him to edit the post which was totally fake and not had anything true.

All issues has been fixed completely very fast , but the person got confused because he was impatient , he left the Skype and started pm when he wanted without opening a ticket. Once the team inform him he opened the ticket next morning and start insulting http://i.snag.gy/e4fXQ.jpg even if he got the details previous day automatically http://i.snag.gy/e4fXQ.jpg

Then he started blackmailing that he will report to this topic again (of course fake :) ) and to get refund even he break the terms of service , even if our manager was really very handful to help him. He told that he was suspended previously from our hosting services you can see the below screenshot. He started all this story providing only some cut screenshot so he can confuse the public and not like how it is , he made the incident because he got mad for his own reason from before. He is not welcome anymore , we never had this incident before on so many years , for all our protection he got disabled.

i am now shifted to undergroundprivate again,

just leave them 4 months ago and now back to them due to poor speed and also very slow support of other host they are realy slow waiting for single reply of support team takes 4 to 5 days and some time a week,

now i am shifted back my domains to them and they are super fine with support they help me to fix my vps and also help me to solve my some domain problems, i have torjans and viruses and malwares you can say like 4000+ files of torjans thats why google banned the domain this poor relaiablty of that previous hosting.

but underground private gives me the awsome way,they tell me to solve this big problem and now they deleted every torjans,malwares hosted in my database. now my sites are super fast then before.

i say thanks you to thier support team and also suggest to other friends to check a while for thier great service, i think they are too serious with thier clients and also know the values of thier problem cause to thier services.

I must admit that i got surprised by the service..the DMCA first time in my host experience got ignored..i use the Russia KVM which is totally the best ever i had and the download-upload speed is really great and very fast.. no downtime now this month i almost use.. the support is more than great and i love those guys...i had used in the past the most offshore host in the market and nobody was like them.. thanks i hope we have great work.. recommend after so much months i found a legit provider..vouch
