We can rate you as client 0/10 too but this wont make sense , let us tell to all how the things are , you have bought a VPS with 1GB RAM and you requested like you said from the beggin that will be a small websites , we told you that will be good and we proceed , after the instant migration your websites starting getting issues with falling services , we told you you cant have those websites on the server and to upgrade the VPS since 1GB RAM is small for the resources of your website which was creating a load up to 15% or to get 2 VPS with more resources or get a dedicated, you denied and you said you can't spend any more people , both 2 websites was using a auto bot with large databases up to 1GB and very large traffic, we gave you a free VPS without any costs you requested you need to move from your old provider since they not helped you , we told you you cant use those websites you can use only 1 you denied it and you told you need it , of course the load jumped to load average: 57.30% and the IO each time on all times wet to 60% , you did not want to understand. We moved 1 of your websites to a server without a cost again and you decided to go to the shared you had back , before couple of days you started blackmailing how you will write here on the topic and how the websites is working ok in the shared which everytime you had this issue below and till later http://i.snag.gy/qrj3V.jpg on both websites on shared (your websites are writen in public on the left side under your photo UPDATE 9.6.2015 : Person has removed the links after he notified for this reply, of his websites so he not shows that he is suspended by the old provider here is the proof since it was public so he not post fake comments due his anger http://i.snag.gy/GHpL1.jpg , http://i.imgur.com/QsIIgVZ.png ) and now your websites are both suspended by your old provider if someone click on it will get this message and the 1 website the last is running on our servers, let us know inform that they not know how to restore the database via SSH and you started saying the you lost the database even if they cant restore it (there is a dropbox link for it still live) , we can't write further regarding your old provider since it is not allowed here and of course you are moved from us due the blackmailing you did , try now searching for a better provider , after so much work and after multiple times of migration we did for you and the offer to fix the websites and the optimization of the databases this is the thanks , you also gave us work to communicate with your old provider so they fix some databases issues you had and we advice them how to do this, you not wanted to understand and you thought your opinion only matters , now please seek for new provider that will accept this , the one website is still running which will be terminated since it is target of DDos attacks we had issues and we never told you nothing for this but since the last behavior we can't anymore get in communication with you. No further reply will be given to your any reply , we had too much patience with you and after the blackmailing and the insults you are removed totally from us, we have notified for the below non sense comment you wrote we made to this post some updates and all answers is written here, we notified also for the links you removed so you not show to public the proofs but there are updated link in this post so you not say only your opinion.

Before I buy your service, I ask you VPS 1GB can run my site with around 2000 pageviews/day, you said YES. But when I run it less than 1 day, you say it's cant.
Your support was good, but your service is worst.
I cant explain why your VPS is weaker than my old shared hosting (although ur VPS cost 3x times)
I hope no one using ur service is not like me.

well page-views aren't the only thing that will affect your ressources.
2k page-views for normal pages isn't a big deal. even my smallest site can reach this easily. Though i think the tools you are using are creating way more traffic that could be handeled by their servers?
i'm now with them for the 3rd month and can't complain.
in the beginning i haven't got their mails, but we have fixed this problems with the help of the support and choosing muplitple email-accounts.
As far as now, their support is great and relatively fast - they normally answer within one hour - the longest term were 1,5h - normally they are below 30mins with answering.
the VPS is specially setup for me, so i don't have any special panels etc. pp (and i explicitly have asked to not install any of this)
atm it's handling about 1k users and will handle up to around 1.5k with heavy caching and serving at mimumum a constant 10Mbits with peaks up to 50Mbits without any problems. I/O load is around 1MB/s transactions (read + write) every second.
Even if the VPS you buy here is somehow pricy, compared to other offers here on wj - you always get what you pay for.
as for now i'm very happy with them.
and as always: do backups and have a plan b on the hand, if s.th. failes

since yesterday i made a mistake on my server i have with them and it took me hours to try fixing this.. today i contacted them and they fix it in 1 minute.. wtf i was asking myself..?? they are professional support they not charge me and they have managed like they say.. i am really happy all those months i am with them.. everywhere i gone i was loosing money and i was in conflicts.. i have 1 vps and 1 bulletproof vps with them.. no downtime and no more reports like silly other providers they say they ignore.. now next month i am going to buy a dedicated server from them..i have recommend them to my friends which they not have any issues either and they cannot believe this service existed.. keep the good work:love::psy:
