I just checked into this one... good question. Yes the same IP can download but it has to be not the same file ... and there is a cap of $1 in a 24 hours period for the same IP. This is to prevent fraud. $1 = 25 x 2048mb downloads. That seems fair to me.

had 70 downloads today i think its 200 to 230 kbs
I've tested my first 3 uploaded files by a friend of mine whos living in UK, & he said that he's getting 100kpbs
& he downloaded it one after another...that's why I requested ZAPuLAT3R to increase the download speed for the free/guest users so that more people get encouraged to use this host.. ps2gameman

but I think ZAPuLAT3R is lil bit different thn the othrs as I saw tht he's added the PPD plan (same as wUpload) tht u gave in page 2...thats why I think that he's the kind of person who really think about the suggestions that the uploaders gave. & mayb he'll think about my suggestion of increasing the Download speed for free/guest users so that normal downloaders may start to love it & we, the uploaders, may get much more benefits/earnings from this site.. I just tested from Thailand dl as unregistered user.
Getting nearly 100 KBytes/s which is plenty fast for free users. Many hosts give much lower than that.
Giving more speed will only attract more FREELOADERS who will never ever buy any premium anyway. It'll just let them get whatever they want faster and wasting bandwidth.
100 KB/s is about right to attract people to buy premium.
