Because he implemented yesterday waiting time, before it wasn't. Also there is a bug with wrong Captcha.

Why?

He want also earning something. Freeuserspeed is good, waiting time is 30 seconds, next download i guess 60 seconds.

How should he pay PPD-Uploader when he have no limitations? Thats impossible.

Remeber also Filesonic and Wupload had waiting time.

theres no way to buy premium accounts i was on about the bug for the capcha he should fix people only gonna enter it 2 or 3 times then give up

Btw I guess this host is an also not long living Host. The PPS-Rates are to high, he never can pay this without earnings from Premiums.

But i like this host and hope he will not running.
