Hello. It's great to see you here.. I was about to forward this question to support team but i believe you can clarify it. I got a one month premium sale on the 21/09/2013, although it was paid via credit card, i only got 4.1614 for the sale as shown in the attached file. I work on PPS (%60 of every sale). I didn't quite understand that. Any help will be greatly appreciated! Thanks in advance!

[/QUOTE] Please note that you receive 60% of net profit, excluding all commissions of mediators. For example, premium account costs $ 9.95, part of this sum takes the mediator (billing system), then you will get 60 % of rest of the amount.

Dear partners!We count all sales correctly independently what plan you choose (PPD or PPS). Unfortunately lower profits for sales via SMS due to the high commission statement.At the moment we can not give up the sms payment, because some users do not have credit cards and it is convenient for many users.We will respect your wishes and carry out an experiment and we will temporarily disable sms payment.Seekvn, could you specify which country you have the main traffic?

Many post said they only pay around ~40%, not 60% as they say.
They answered that: 60% of net income, not revenue.

Example:
Downloader buy 1 month premium account: $10
Fee turbobit must pay for merchant/gateway: $2
==================
You permission: ($10 - $2) x 60% = $4.8

That is stupid, other host not minus fee.
Rapidgator: premium cost $12.99
Commission: 12.99 x 50% = $6.495
No more, no less, not depend upon what they must pay for merchant/gateway.

BTW: don't use this host, if forum/website requires mirror link, you can use turbobit but put their link into [hide][/hide] and check to delete files if you see any files with lot of downloads

Yeah, that's why RG and all the other hosts are shaving and not counting all of your sales. I know, TurboBit does not give you a commission based on revenue, but on profit and that's quite fair in my opinion since they give you very detailed stats and count each and every sale and rebill. You get detailled stats which payment gate the user used, an exact commission, the exact package (there are differences in packages for example with SMS payment), the exact commission for your site and the source of the user. These stats are available forever, not cut after 2 weeks like in RG, so you can keep track of your whole affiliate history!

TurboBit is a very honest affiliate program in my opinion and I never had a single problem with them.
 
Have to agree with SMX, I think he has a good point there. Detailed stats reports is a good upside. Plus, payments are incredibly fast for this host. The last time I requested my payment through WMZ, it was in my purse the following day. There support trying to help you with any issue you might face. In addition, not everyone in this world has a credit card, it's great to have many options available. Overall, in every aspect Turbobit is one of the rare hosts currently you can work with without any doubts.

They never disable SMS because that is cheat tool.
90% your sales will be applied to SMS sales

i don't know shaving or not but you must agree that income from rapidgator = 50x turbobit

No, I have rarely SMS sales. It depends mostly on your niche and country of your visitors how they will buy or not.

Again, that depends on your niche and country of your visitors. TurboBit was blocked for US customers for a long time, so that could be also an impact for your sales if they come mostly from the US... I can assume, that TB is a honest host and after I tested several times with CC, SMS and direct EU billing, all sales were counted properly (with different provisions). But I prefer a honest filehost with true stats and a fair revenue share than a shaving one which is performing good one day and the other one is stealing all my sales :facepalm:
