"Normal" reseller allows you to create single accounts for hosting.

"Master" reseller account allows for the creation of "Normal Reseller Accounts" and single hosting accounts.

"Alpha" reseller account allows for the creation of "Master & Normal" Reseller Accounts & and the creation of single hosting accounts.
