ok i was concerned about D: the thing that now you can host warez( that's the key) at nl, but now i realized xD warez indexing is allowed, or well is not allowed but the thing is they lax in laws about that, so hosting for example a vbulletin forum xD is considered hosting warez?...anyway xD i'm just a little worried about this (I know this was really offtopic) but since servedome is at nl i was concerned about this, cya

Our servers are located in 2 datacentres:
Offshore hosting and vps services:Worldstream ,Netherlands
Managed onshore hosting services: Pacnet Internet Datacentre,Singapore
I don't see a reason why WorldStream should worry about us,we just purchase dedicated servers from them.

1)We can accept payments from your friend's paypal account.
2)You can link to that sort of stuffs,all the complaints will be forwarded to you.But if our datacentre asks us to remove that,then you will have to remove it.
3)No you may not host those files publicily,but for private use it is ok.
4)Yes,all the DMCA complaints will be forwarded to you.
5)Yes you can use the images on your site as long as we don't get a legal complaint about it.
6)Our vps nodes use any one of the following processors:
Intel Core 2 Quad Q9550 @ 2.83 Ghz
AMD Phenom X4 940 or 945 @ 3.00 Ghz
Intel Xeon X3220 @ 2.40 Ghz
7)Yes you can use your cPanel license on the vps.
8)Yes you can install/use ioncube loaders.That is not a problem.
9)Yes you can install ConfigServer Security & Firewall on the VPS.Incase you are having any problems with the iptables modules required for that firewall,open a support ticket and we will enable it for you.
11)There is no limit on the support tickets you can make,but don't abuse it by opening unneeded tickets.
12)The vps services which we offer are already unmanaged.Management costs $40 per month or $5 per incident.
