As far as i know, you must have at least formal passport in webmoney so you can receive bigger amounts as well u can send funds with that status.. and in order to have that you must have your mobile number link to your webmoney account and make sure its verified. including your exact complete address details it must be verified as well and as easy as that you will have your account verified for Formal Passport. u if u are prem if the file is more than 90 days old most probably expired if less then sure it's DMCA
