As far as i know, you must have at least formal passport in webmoney so you can receive bigger amounts as well u can send funds with that status.. and in order to have that you must have your mobile number link to your webmoney account and make sure its verified. including your exact complete address details it must be verified as well and as easy as that you will have your account verified for Formal Passport. all what y need is to confirm mobile phone number via sms then change your account to keeper classic download the keeper software and use it also each transfer u make (every time u send money_ u will get a sms confirmation code to confirm that u authorize that transition great security feature

how can you know if its DMCA or expired?

if its DMCA can you re upload it again? any other way not to detect by DMCA?

u if u are prem if the file is more than 90 days old most probably expired if less then sure it's DMCA
