What do you mean by the following lines


Encoding not allowed. -------> it's ok
Phishing Sites -------------> how can we host web-phishing pages ??
Web Forgery -----------------> We cannot host websites using normal user account
Offensive Material ----------> you mean to say i cannot upload porn ???
Fraud Sites -----------------> We cannot host websites using normal user account
Web Forgery -----------------> It's not possible from normal user account
SPAM (UNSOLICITED EMAIL) ----> how can i send mails ? if i don't have IIS Access ???

I mean to say Hacking/Cracking tools aren`t allowed.:)
