I dont understand what did they lie about? How did you come to know that the screenshot they provided for NL server specification was a UK server. I believe you cant tell a server location from a screenshot . And you are telling yourself that they admitted to their mistakes and refunded you. Did they offer you a partilal refund or a full refund?

Yeah, they admitted to their mistake "AT THE END". After I caught and understood what they are doing and confronted them. Yeah they refunded the money (full refund). Problem is that "TIMEFRAME" was not according to their terms. (see my last point for explanation)

It seems to me you didn't read the whole ticket. Otherwise you wouldn't ask those questions.

So please read the whole thing.

Lastly I have a question for you. Are you in the staff of RDAHeaven?

To me it looks like they made a mistake while updating their website and when they realized they refunded you. It looks like you want to bad mouth this company on purpose.

So what if they unknowingly advertised false server specifications? They refunded you, didn't they? For me they still provide the best RDP on Wjunction.

No I am not a staff of a company. I am a heavy user and own 2 RDPs from them and one from another site here at wjunction. Its strange isnt it had I supported you in bashing this company I would have been great but since I genuiely feel that Rdaheaven is a good host I am not.

How did you come to know that the screenshot was a lie. That is what I am asking. Screenshot dont normally tell server locations so its quite strange here.
Lastly if they did provide you a full refund what is that isnt right? You havent spent a penny. So how is it that they are liers? yes if they would have scammed you I would have supported you but after recieving refund I really dont get the point.

I am not opposing you. You might have not felt this is a good option but I too am stating my opinion. I beleive I can state mine too

If it was a mistake or if they unknowingly advertised it, I can overlook it even if it shows how unprofessional they are. But first they gave me a different server (lets say its a mistake). Then I ask for correct server and they say they put me to a different server because I was in a hurry. Then when I ask to put me the correct one they they say they don't have it. I can believe its a mistake if it happened once.

They say they give money back in 24 hours. (that was their term in the website). But it took more than 3 days to receive the money.

Im not bad mouthing this service. If I wanted to do that I would just say something in 2 sentences and leave.

I explained in my last reply how I know screenshot is not a NL one.
At the end of the support ticket Markus K admitted that there are no servers in NL with that specs. (32 GB RAM)
But Peter S gave me that screenshot implying its a screenshot of NL server.
So how do Peter give me a screenshot of NL server with those specs (32 GB RAM) when Markus admitted when they don't have a NL server with those specs?

Finally I will say why Im doing this.
I don't have anything against this service or any of you. If I had I wouldn't say not to jump to conclusions about this service at the beginning of my last post and I wouldn't say server speeds are good (see the ticket). I could have just removed that part. I didn't black out the good things I said about them in that ticket.

All Im saying is they should be direct and honest with their clients. If they didn't have the server I requested, as soon as they realize it they should have told me. So I could have look elsewhere.
Instead they kept saying they have the server Im looking for. Because of this I wasted a day.

If I didn't speak up visitors will think they have all positive reviews and after they buy something like this could happen and their time also will be wasted. Just because a service have positive reviews that doesn't mean they are perfect. I would like to remind you that Im not the only one who is not happy with their service.

I posted explaining everything because this should be a lesson to them. So they should understand that if they don't act professionally, honestly there will be at least one person who will speak up. This should make them do their job more accurate.

Like all other people positive review this was my review. Unfortunately I only talked about the bad things only. I apologize for that.

you are trying to say they scammed you when they did not. it was a mistake and they realized and refund you. what more you want? they never lie to customer as least not to me. I am with them from months and my service working awesome from long time. they make single mistake and you are trying to prove it like you were scammed or frauded? everyone make mistake. did they forced you to use server with different spec? No they refunded you instead when they realized they are not happy. you are making a stupid big issue of small thing. go do something better with your time.....

I apologize for that, We recently had a problem with our server provider and I (Markus) was working from straight 30 hours, trying to contact our server provider and data center to somehow get the servers back online. After that I added the Encoding plans on our website and looks like I messed up because I mentioned UK server specifications in NL plans. Peter had no idea about it thats why he gave you those replies but as soon as I understood the situation I replied your ticket with resolution options and when you said you want a refund we processed it without any further discussion. Your refund took 2 days because of some private paypal issue. Once again I apologize for the inconvinience and promise we will try our best not to repeat such mistake again.

this is what i was saying. they are not bad people. it was a mistake everybody make mistake. and if you tested their rdp is very good.

Just to clarify, my problem with them was not because they are bad people or their RDP is bad. I never mentioned a bad thing about their RDP performance, upload speed etc.
